Clinton W. Teston

Partner

Clint Teston is a partner at Teston & Burruss, PC. Representing clients across North Georgia, his practice is devoted primarily to representing clients in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. Clint brings years of jury trial experience to every case. He has successfully represented clients at the state, appellate, and federal levels, recovering millions of dollars for his clients and obtained numerous not guilty verdicts for those wrongfully accused.

“My personal mission in every case is to out-prepare, out-strategize, and outperform the opposing side. I take pride in delivering outcomes that exceed my clients’ expectations.”

Clint is a graduate of North Georgia College and State University and the University of Georgia School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Clint is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Northeastern Bar Association, the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a board member for local nonprofit organizations.

Clint’s comprehensive knowledge of the law and expert trial talent produce a combination that his law partner, Jason Burruss, describes as “masterful”. Among his peers, Clint is considered one of the most respected attorneys in Hall County not only for his legal brilliance but his kind, friendly, and professional approach.

Clint lives in Gainesville with his wife, and fellow attorney, Natalie Teston. The two are proud parents of two sons (and future lawyers), Kellan and Declan. When away from his practice, Clint focuses on spending time with his family. His favorite form of relaxation, which has not changed since he was a kid, is reading.
