Jason was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Legal Writing and Insurance Law.
Jason graduated from North Georgia College and State University and John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. He is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
“I have spent my career working to improve the lives of every client that trusts me to represent them. I take that trust seriously, and I never forget that the issues my clients present me with often deal with the most precious things in their lives, whether it be their family, children, health, or freedom.”
Jason is a fourth generation native of Hall County. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Northeastern Bar Association, and Lakewood Baptist Church. Jason is a Board Member for Sisu Integrated Early Learning Center in Gainesville, GA. He and his wife, Briana, a real estate agent with Keller Williams, live in Gainesville with their son, Jack, and daughter, Jane.
The opportunity to serve is what drives Jason. He says the two military services flags displayed proudly in his office are constant reminders of the examples set by his grandfathers: Serve God, Family, and Country.
