Clint W. Teston
Partner
Clint Teston is a partner at Teston & Burruss, PC. Representing clients across North Georgia, his practice is devoted primarily to representing clients in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. Clint brings years of jury trial experience to every case. He has successfully represented clients at the state, appellate, and federal levels recovering hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients and obtained numerous not guilty verdicts for those wrongfully accused.

Clint is a graduate of North Georgia College and State University and the University of Georgia School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Clint is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Northeastern Bar Association, the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a board member for local nonprofit organizations. Clint lives in Gainesville with his wife, and fellow attorney, Natalie Teston. The two are proud parents of two sons.
Jason M. Burruss
Partner
Jason Burruss is a partner at Teston & Burruss, PC. His practice is devoted primarily to representing clients throughout North Georgia in the areas of personal injury, family law, and misdemeanor criminal offenses. Jason recently received the honor of being named a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star, an award voted on by his peers and presented to only the top 2.5% of attorneys in Georgia under the age of 40.
Jason graduated from North Georgia College and State University and John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. He is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Jason is a fourth generation native of Hall County. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Northeastern Bar Association, and Lakewood Baptist Church. He and his wife, Briana, a real estate agent with Keller Williams, live in Gainesville with their son, Jack.
Anahy Rodriguez

Anahy Rodriguez is a legal assistant at Teston & Burruss, PC. When you call or visit our firm, she will likely be the first person you speak with. Bilingual, Anahy is fluent in both English and Spanish. Anahy’s focus is primarily in the areas of family and criminal law. When you need legal representation in these areas, you are often experiencing a very emotional and stressful situation. Anahy is caring and compassionate and assists clients in navigating the day-to-day issues surrounding their case. Anahy lives in Gainesville with her family and is the elated new mother of a baby girl.

Ana Avellaneda is a paralegal at Teston & Burruss, PC. With over fourteen years of experience, Ana brings a wealth of practical and legal knowledge to the firm. Ana specializes in the area of personal injury including car and truck accidents, wrongful death cases, slip and falls, and dog bites cases. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ana also gives Teston & Burruss, PC the ability to provide quality legal representation to the Spanish speaking community of North Georgia. Ana lives in Gainesville and is the proud mother of three wonderful sons.
